Dailey's tenure at Marathon Oil was marked by his leadership in various operational and strategic roles, including Internal Audit, Business Development, and Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and an Executive MBA from the University of Denver.

In conjunction with Dailey's appointment, Gregory M. Babcock will transition from his role as interim CFO to continue serving Talos as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

William Langin joins Talos with a wealth of industry experience, exceeding 20 years in oil and gas, particularly in exploration and asset development. Prior to his appointment at Talos, Langin served as Vice President of Exploration Portfolio and Technology at Hess Corporation until the company’s merger with Chevron. His career trajectory in oil and gas began at Shell in 2003, where he took on various strategic positions culminating in roles of significant responsibility. Langin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Princeton University, along with a PhD in Geophysics, Structural Geology, and Statistics from Cornell University.

Megan Dick - EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer


Megan Dick has been an integral part of Talos since 2014 and has over 23 years of experience in human resources, with more than 17 years within the oil and gas sector. She has previously held roles of increasing responsibility at Aurora Oil and Gas and at Cameron International, contributing to her in-depth understanding of the energy industry's human capital needs. Dick earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
