FamilyMart's Exciting 2026 New Year's Lucky Bag
As the New Year approaches, FamilyMart is set to bring festive cheer with the launch of a limited-edition lucky bag, the
'Lucky Bag 2026', available from January 1st, 2026. Priced at

13,500 FamilyMart stores nationwide, promising a delightful start to the year for customers.
What's Inside the Lucky Bag?
The 2026 lucky bag from FamilyMart's original apparel brand,
Convenience Wear, features a glamorous twist with its
first-ever line of glittery socks. The brand was established in collaboration with renowned fashion designer
Hiroshi Ochiai, who is known for his motto of combining good materials, advanced techniques, and excellent design. Since its launch in 2021, Convenience Wear has gained popularity for its accessibility and solid quality.
This year's lucky bag contains:
- - A hand towel featuring a charming Fuji Mountain design, symbolizing good fortune for the New Year.
- - A pair of glittery line socks (available in Convenience White with glitter) that will add a sparkle to any outfit.
- - Discount vouchers worth 429 yen that can be used for various socks, enhancing the bag’s value.
Not only is the lucky bag affordable, but its packaging is also thoughtfully designed, featuring the zodiac sign for 2026, the
Year of the Horse, and can be reused as a slider bag.
Year in Review for Convenience Wear
The past year marked significant milestones for Convenience Wear. In 2025, the brand expanded its range to include groundbreaking items such as
brassieres and
sunglasses for the first time. March witnessed a successful standalone exhibition, while September welcomed the opening of a first satellite shop at
Blue Front Shibaura. The brand's cumulative sales exceeded
30 million pairs of socks and
10 million hand towels, showcasing its ascending popularity in the apparel market.
FamilyMart expresses gratitude to its customers for their continued support by offering the 2026 lucky bag, which comes exclusively at a special price in homage to the success of last year’s launch.
