Priced at ¥1,880 (tax included ¥2,068), this sophisticated dish features Kabe no Ana’s signature mentaiko paired with seasonal autumn salmon and maitake mushrooms, garnished with ikura. To enhance its freshness, the dish is presented with cool grated daikon, perfectly balancing the rich flavors.

Autumn Eggplant and Mozzarella Meat Sauce


For just ¥1,680 (tax included ¥1,848), this dish highlights the deliciousness of autumn eggplant that has soaked up the flavor of Kabe no Ana's unique meat sauce. The tender texture of the eggplant combined with the delicate saltiness of mozzarella cheese creates a truly mouthwatering experience.
