Fable's New Leadership Chapter

Fable, a prominent platform dedicated to crafting inclusive digital products, recently announced a pivotal leadership change. As of September 1, 2025, Toan Dinh has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), taking over from Alwar Pillai, who will step into the role of Executive Chair of the Board.

This leadership transition symbolizes a milestone in Fable’s ongoing journey and underlines the company's commitment to thoughtful succession planning aimed at sustainable growth. Since its inception, Fable has partnered with major global entities like Microsoft, Salesforce, Walmart, CVS, Visa, and Spotify. These partnerships have played a crucial role in enabling individuals with disabilities to engage with technology seamlessly and without barriers, making significant strides in accessibility since 2018.

Under Alwar Pillai's guidance, the company has garnered notable accolades from esteemed organizations such as the UN-endorsed World Summit Awards and publications like Forrester, Forbes, and Fast Company. Reflecting on his tenure, Alwar stated, "Building Fable has been the greatest honor of my life. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has and continues to support our mission, and I'm incredibly excited about what lies ahead as Toan Dinh leads Fable into its next chapter of growth."

Toan Dinh embarks on this journey equipped with over 15 years of experience in scaling Software as a Service (SaaS) companies in North America and Europe. His previous roles at Boast.ai, Patsnap, TouchBistro, Quantum Workplace, and Achievers, where he successfully increased revenue from $10 million to over $90 million and raised more than $500 million in capital, showcase his capability for driving substantial growth and expansion.

"I'm honored to join Fable at such an important moment," says Toan Dinh. "The company has already transformed how organizations approach accessibility, and I look forward to scaling its impact globally."

Despite this change in leadership, Fable's commitment to empowering people with disabilities remains steadfast. The company's mission is to enable individuals to participate in, contribute to, and shape society actively. Fable will continue investing in product innovations, including AI-driven solutions and cognitive accessibility, while also expanding its global reach.

Fable’s approach to inclusivity extends beyond mere compliance; it connects organizations with individuals with disabilities for research and usability testing. By doing so, it ensures that digital products are tailored to meet the needs of all users, reflecting the rich diversity of society. With a roster of enterprise customers across various industries, Fable is poised to influence the landscape of accessible technology profoundly.

In conclusion, as Fable steps into this new chapter under Toan Dinh’s leadership, the company is gearing up for an exciting future filled with promise and opportunity. With a clear focus on accessibility and innovation, the path ahead looks brighter than ever, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage with technology on equal footing.
