Japanese Venture Tenchijin to Exhibit at SIWW2026 Water Expo

Tenchijin Co., a JAXA-certified space venture located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has announced that it will showcase its innovative water management platform, KnoWaterleak, at the Singapore International Water Week 2026 (SIWW2026). This prominent event will be held from June 16-18, 2026, at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Additionally, Yohei Nishiyama, the company’s business development manager, will participate as a panelist during the Technology Forum held throughout the expo.

About SIWW2026 and the Water Expo

The Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) is organized by Singapore International Water Week Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Public Utilities Board (PUB) of Singapore. It stands as one of Asia's leading global platforms fostering innovative solutions for water, coastal, and flood management. Taking place every two years, this expo gathers over 2,500 leaders, experts, and practitioners from various sectors—including government, utilities, academia, and industry—to share best practices, showcase the latest technologies, and create new business opportunities.

The main event, SIWW2026 Water Expo, serves as a marketplace for Southeast Asian urban water utilities and industrial users, bringing together the latest technologies, innovations, and solutions in urban water management. KnoWaterleak’s Global Outreach

Japan's aging water infrastructure faces numerous challenges, compounded by climate change and a shrinking workforce due to population aging. To address these issues, Tenchijin provides the KnoWaterleak service, a water utility digital transformation platform utilizing satellite data and AI. With over 60 local governments contracted in Japan as of April 2026, the platform aids in effective maintenance and management of water services.

As the issues of aging infrastructure and management efficiency are shared across Southeast Asia, Tenchijin aims to expand its global outreach through KnoWaterleak, addressing water resource protection through efficient utility management. The company's international expansion continues with plans to launch in Asia and Europe, having recently partnered with French utility provider Aqualter to initiate operations in France.
