Scout’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefan Radwanski, expressed enthusiasm about integrating Kinetic into the Scout family. He stated, “This acquisition enhances our technological capabilities and broadens our reach,” emphasizing the potential for offering unique integrated solutions across both drilling and completion services. Kinetic is celebrated for its groundbreaking technologies like the K-BOS device, which is recognized as the highest-performing shear and seal device in the global well-control market. This technology, now backed by Scout’s robust operational infrastructure and extensive industry relationships, is set to reach new heights and foster further innovation. Kinetic employs around 100 individuals and has an operational presence spanning North America, the Middle East, Australia, Asia, South America, and Europe.

The new entity will employ over 300 personnel, operating ten service and manufacturing facilities across the United States and the Middle East, including a notable enhancement of operations in Saudi Arabia.
