Battalion Brands has taken a significant step towards strengthening its leadership by appointing Andy Stofleth as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). With a robust background in disaster recovery spanning over a decade, Stofleth is set to propel the company’s mission of supporting veterans in business through franchise expansion.

A Veteran with a Mission



Stofleth not only brings expertise from his previous role as Senior Director of Recovery Programs at SBP, a national nonprofit organization, but also his experience as a former U.S. Marine. His career has been marked by adeptly solving complex challenges in high-pressure situations. This includes launching the inaugural international operation in the Bahamas post-Hurricane Dorian, where he successfully led the reconstruction of 655 homes. His leadership during significant recovery efforts in Texas after Winter Storm Uri, and support operations in Florida for Hurricane Ian, showcases his capability to manage large-scale recovery operations.

"Scaling operations in disaster zones with limited time and resources taught me how to build nimble systems focused on results," stated Stofleth. His unique perspective and experience are invaluable as he aims to implement a similar approach to assist veterans succeed in business through structure and support.

In the past year, Stofleth’s teams have notably installed over 90 IBHS FORTIFIED roofs, exemplifying how resilient construction not only mitigates long-term risks and lowers insurance costs but also fortifies communities against future calamities. This dedication to resilience aligns seamlessly with Battalion Brands' ethos of supporting veterans.

In his new position, Stofleth will handle strategic planning, partnership development, and franchisee recruitment. His initiatives will be pivotal for ensuring that Battalion Brands’ operations align with its mission of empowering veterans, facilitating their transition into business ownership through coaching and structured support. Moreover, he will oversee the integration of nonprofit efforts under the Veterans Contracting Initiative, which aims to provide qualifying franchisees with critical startup resources, training, and mentorship.
