His expertise includes guiding mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, investor relations, and governance, making him a valuable asset to Natura Resources as it seeks to solidify its position in the advanced nuclear technology space.

Abundis holds multiple degrees from Texas A&M University, including a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in accounting, along with a Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law.
