Highlighting Hyogo's Seasonal Treasures at JR Osaka Station
On October 18, a special event will take place at the Atrium Plaza of JR Osaka Station, where various seasonal specialties from Hyogo Prefecture can be explored and purchased. Dubbed "Minori Minor Marche: Hyogo's Harvest," this marketplace is set to be a feast for the senses, showcasing the best products that Hyogo has to offer.
In collaboration between the Japan Agricultural Cooperative (JA ZEN-NOH) and JR West Japan, this event is part of a partnership initiated back in 2015, aimed at boosting local economies through initiatives like this market. The offerings at the marche will include renowned delicacies such as
Tamba Sasayama Black Edamame,
Tamba Sasayama Chestnuts,
Awaji Island Onions,
Tajima Peppers, and
BE KOBE vegetables (Kombu greens).
This vibrant market will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or until products sell out. Notably, the event will proceed rain or shine; however, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather, and there may be changes to the schedule as needed.
