This fair highlights three entrees where diners can savor the exquisite taste of shrimp cutlets, celebrated for their unique texture and flavor.

What to Expect from the Fair


The centerpiece dish, Shrimp Cutlet and Aged Pork Loin Set Meal, combines the prawn cutlet with Katsu-an's signature juicy aged pork loin, allowing guests to enjoy both delicacies simultaneously. The shrimp cutlet features finely minced shrimp mixed with whole shrimp pieces, coated in coarse breadcrumbs, and deep-fried to perfection. This results in an irresistible combination, with a crispy exterior and a succulent, bouncy texture on the inside.
