With more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a decade specifically in hospitality management, Armenio is poised to bring her extensive operational expertise to this historic site.

The role of Director of Business Operations is crucial as it encompasses providing strategic guidance aimed at enhancing the various revenue-generating aspects of the Castle. This includes oversight of daily operations to maximize profitability while ensuring a high-quality experience for each visitor. Armenio will also play a vital role in advising on long-term planning and operational strategies.

Charles Clark, the Executive Director of Castle in the Clouds, expressed his enthusiasm for Armenio’s arrival. Armenio, who previously managed Sap House Meadery in North Conway and the Public House on Page Hill in Tamworth, shared her excitement about joining the Castle team. Castle in the Clouds, originally known as Lucknow, is a breathtaking 6,300-acre estate developed in 1913 by affluent shoe manufacturer Thomas G. Plant.
