Fayram has been integral to the development of the company’s chloride leaching processes and will oversee the technical direction for metallurgy and engineering at Angel Island.

Daniel Kalmbach – Vice President, Exploration and Resource Development


Bringing 26 years of mining experience, Daniel Kalmbach has been appointed Vice President of Exploration and Resource Development. Since 2017, he has led the efforts surrounding mineral resource development for Angel Island and is a Certified Professional Geologist. His new role will see him manage the geological operations, focusing on resource expansion and exploration.

Teresa Conner – Director of Permitting and Environmental Affairs


With 45 years of industry experience, including roles in mining and oil and gas, Teresa Conner assumes the role of Director of Permitting and Environmental Affairs. She has a strong background in permitting strategies and environmental compliance, crucial for navigating regulations as the company advances its lithium project. She will engage with public and regulatory interests while overseeing compliance activities.

Adam Knight – General Manager


Adam Knight, previously managing project operations, has now been appointed General Manager. Richard Alberthal – Manager, Technical Services
