SINEXCEL Introduces StellaON 1250K/1575K for Energy Efficiency in Europe

SINEXCEL Unveils StellaON 1250K/1575K to Enhance Energy Efficiency in Europe

At the recent Intersolar Europe 2026 event, leading energy solutions company SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) introduced its cutting-edge system, the StellaON 1250K/1575K PCS. This innovative system integrates Infineon devices, aiming to satisfy the increasing European requirements for ecological sustainability, grid reliability, and lifecycle economics, thereby maximizing energy value through advanced adaptability.

Emphasizing Universal Adaptability

The StellaON is designed with a focus on universal adaptability for operation in harsh environments, rigorous load conditions, and large-scale applications. Utilizing Infineon EconoDUAL™3 modules with low thermal resistance, the system maintains uncompromised performance even at 55°C—10°C above the industry's average—effectively eliminating the typical 15%-20% power degradation while reducing size costs by up to 20%.

Constructed to an IP65 standard and featuring corrosion resistance class C5, the StellaON excels in extreme climates while adhering to strict European urban noise regulations, maintaining a sound level of 65 dB.

Robust Networking Capabilities

To address Europe’s growing network demands, including the NC RfG 2.0 standards, the StellaON boasts advanced grid-forming capabilities with PQ, VF, VSG, and SVG modes. It supports a significant overload capacity of 1.5 times for 60 seconds, surpassing the industry’s standard of 1.2 times, and provides GW-scale grid-forming performance along with cold start capabilities. The design allows for the parallel operation of four AC/DC units, enhancing scalability, redundancy, and network resilience for large-scale deployments.

Efficiency Lifespan and Lifecycle Cost Reduction

The StellaON system shines with a peak efficiency of 98.5% at full load and a round-trip efficiency of 0.6%, drastically lowering the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Its modular configurations can range from 1 to 8 hours while facilitating an easy scale-up from 2.5 MW stations to 12.5 MW medium-voltage stations. The innovative self-cleaning design minimizes operational costs over the entire lifecycle, achieving a reduction of 15% in maintenance expenses.

With a mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeding 300,000 hours, the StellaON ensures 99% uptime, allowing for key component replacements in under an hour and a full PCS swap in less than two hours.

Global Deployment and Market Readiness

Following a successful grid connection in Vietnam in March 2026, where the system showcased reliability under extreme heat and humidity, the StellaON has attracted over 500 MW in orders during the first half of 2026, with 15+ projects currently underway in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and Africa. The system complies with energy grid standards across Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Romania, with upcoming certifications for Spain and the USA.A
