The result is an extraordinary lineup of curries designed to tantalize the taste buds and elevate the dining experience.
Featured Dishes
This year's buffet includes four distinct curry creations, each boasting unique personalities:
1.
Black Wagyu Beef & Gouda Cheese European Curry: This dish features slowly simmered black wagyu beef infused with rich flavors. The sauce is enhanced by domestic Gouda cheese, creating a luscious and decadent taste.
2.
Pork Shoulder Roast Spiced Curry: Tender Japanese pork shoulder, cooked with a signature blend of spices, delivers an aromatic sensation that will captivate curry lovers.
3.
Grilled Kesenuma Swordfish with Tropical Coconut Curry: Ideal for the summer months, this dish combines the essence of seafood with aromatic flavors from coconut milk, peanuts, and lemongrass.
4.
Royal Host Java Dry Curry & Kashmiri Combo: For those who crave depth of flavor, this dish offers both of Royal Host's classic curries on one plate, creating a delightful mix of textures and tastes.
Complementing the curry lineup are refreshing side dishes such as chilled
Vichyssoise made from domestic potatoes, and a colorful homemade
Terrine featuring eel from Kagoshima and seasonal vegetables. To further enrich the experience, diners can delight in the
Cocoa-Pineapple drink, perfect for soothing the palate after a spicy meal.
In addition, a special
Good JAPAN Meal Set will feature a unique combination of
Black & Black Hamburger Hash Brown and Crab Rice. This variety-packed menu aims to create a memorable summer dining experience at Royal Host.
