This change is set to take effect from June 30, 2025. Naylor steps into this pivotal role succeeding William C. Geary II, who has decided to resign to pursue the position of chief executive officer at a large private equity-backed firm.
Dirk Naylor has been an integral part of Wesco's leadership team since 2005, showcasing his impressive strategic vision and outstanding operational insight. His extensive experience within the company has played a crucial role in driving forward key initiatives in the CSS division. Notable achievements under his guidance have included the implementation of a successful cross-selling strategy, the acquisition of Rahi Systems in 2022, and the establishment of Wesco Data Center Solutions. Furthermore, he played a significant role in the acquisition of Ascent, LLC in 2024, which solidified Wesco's position in the industry.
Prior to this new appointment, Naylor held the title of Senior Vice President and General Manager for USA and Global Accounts. His past achievements and proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth have made him a standout figure in the organization.
