JLL Facilitates $856 Million Financing for Landmark Boston Developments
In a significant move in the real estate finance sector, JLL's Capital Markets team has successfully advised Millennium Partners on securing a total of $856 million in financing for the Millennium Residences and The Offices at Winthrop Center. The financing is a combination of a $281 million C-PACE residential inventory loan provided by Nuveen Green Capital and a $575 million securitized loan arranged in collaboration with Morgan Stanley and Barclays for the office aspects of this ambitious project.
The Winthrop Center, measuring 691 feet tall, stands as not only Boston's tallest building but also boasts the title of being the world's largest Passive House office building. With a total space of approximately 823,856 square feet, it underlines a commitment to sustainability, wellness, and performance, setting a precedent for office buildings worldwide. The Millennium Residences encompass 510,000 square feet of luxury living space, promising residents a lifestyle defined by exquisite design, upscale amenities, and breathtaking views encompassing the Boston skyline, Charles River, and harbor.
