Kärcher to Showcase Innovative Cleaning Solutions at International Logistics Expo 2026

Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning technology, is set to participate in the International Logistics Expo 2026, taking place at Tokyo Big Sight from September 8 to September 11, 2026. The Japanese subsidiary, Kärcher Japan, aims to address significant cleaning challenges faced within logistics facilities, enhancing both product quality and worker safety.

In the bustling environment of warehouses, there are numerous cleaning challenges that arise from daily operations. These include tire marks from forklifts, dust and dirt brought in from outside, and scattered stones in expansive motor pools and yards. At the expo, Kärcher will introduce two innovative solutions specifically designed to tackle these issues.

Innovative Solutions for Cleaning Challenges

The first solution to be showcased is the new Ride-On Floor Scrubber that efficiently removes tire marks, dust, and dirt, streamlining daily cleaning tasks within warehouses. Additionally, the autonomous floor cleaning robot will highlight how night-time cleaning can be performed with less manual labor, significantly improving efficiency. The second solution involves a Ride-On Sweeper capable of swiftly collecting small stones from large outdoor yards, ensuring both safety and aesthetic standards are maintained.

These solutions not only enhance the cleanliness of logistics facilities but also protect products from potential damage caused by dirt and debris, thereby upholding the quality of logistics operations.

Kärcher's participation in the expo is part of their ongoing sustainability initiative, “Go! Further,” which aims to support the logistics sector in combating labor shortages, managing heat stress, and considering wastewater disposal. This initiative emphasizes the transformation of cleaning from a mere maintenance cost into a valuable investment that reduces environmental impact, addresses labor shortages, and elevates operational quality.
