Speaker Profile

Hiroshi Izumiya, CEO of FiVE Inc.
Born in 1981, Mr. Izumiya has dedicated over 21 years to the HR field, primarily in web ventures and startups such as Cococala, hey, Speee, and PIXTA. He played a crucial role as the first HR person at Cococala, driving the establishment of HR functions while managing the fast-paced growth from 20 to 150 employees and their IPO process. In October 2022, he founded FiVE Inc., focused on supporting HR professionals and executives, enjoying a record of aiding over 30 companies within just three years.

Moderator: Hiroyuki Yoshida
The Director of HR Library, Yoshida graduated from Ritsumeikan University in 2007 and began his career at Recruit Management Solutions, collaborating with over 500 companies on recruitment and organizational development. He established Trustyyle in 2021 and later founded the HR Library in 2024. He also serves as CHRO of C-base and CEO of Shanghai Jingzhi Dao Consulting Co., Ltd.

The HR Library opened its doors on April 1, 2024, in Ningyocho, Tokyo, serving as a co-working space and community for HR professionals. With a collection of over 2,500 HR-related books and more than 700 members, it operates under the motto "Learn with peers to forge the future."
