About the Ranking Process
The
Fortune 100 Best Companies ranking is compiled by
Great Place To Work®, which bases its evaluation on employee surveys conducted by GPTW and additional information regarding workplace programs and strategies submitted by companies. Survey methodologies adhere to strict standards for distribution and the percentage of employees responding, ensuring that they accurately reflect genuine opinions from the entire workforce.
The rankings take into account employee presence in Europe and the number of countries in which each company surveyed. While open-ended responses provide valuable insights for the rankings, only data from survey responses allows companies to make it onto the list. A comprehensive explanation of the methodology is available on
Fortune's site.
