Continuing the summer fruit theme from June, the afternoon tea showcases the naturally sweet and slightly tart flavors of Shine Muscat grapes alongside an array of peaches, including white peaches, yellow peaches, and the rare Peche de Vigne (red peaches). This splendid selection promises to elevate your afternoon tea experience, presenting not only a treat for the taste buds but also a feast for the eyes.
The tiered tea sets are visually enticing and delectable:
Delicacies include a delightful chocolate sculpture featuring a puppy holding a fruit basket. Other treats are light and airy shortcakes adorned with white and yellow peaches, and a panna cotta that harmonizes the tangy cheese flavor with the refreshing notes of the Shine Muscat.
This layer captivates with a luxurious roll cake filled with Shine Muscat, cookies infused with peach and Earl Grey tea, a mosaic jelly made with white peaches and Peche de Vigne, and a tart crowned with white chocolate cream and Shine Muscat.
Savories are equally refreshing, featuring a corn flan paired with bacon, a savory cake layered with zucchini and the rich flavor of tomatoes, and capellini dressed with zesty lemon and celery.
