Dahua Technology Achieves Silver Medal for Sustainability from EcoVadis

Dahua Technology, a global leader in video-centric AIoT solutions and services, has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability by receiving a silver medal from EcoVadis, a prominent global sustainability assessment provider. This achievement signifies Dahua's dedication to maintaining high environmental, social, and ethical standards across its operations, placing it in the top 15% of rated companies worldwide.

EcoVadis evaluates over 130,000 companies, appraising them based on 21 sustainability criteria across four key areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Their assessments align with international sustainability standards, including the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact, conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and ISO 26000 guidelines.

The significance of this silver medal is underscored by comments from Xu Zhicheng, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Compliance at Dahua. He stated, “Our continuous journey towards sustainability is deeply embedded in everything we do. The EcoVadis silver medal serves as clear evidence of the collective efforts of our teams worldwide. It reflects our mission to support smarter societies and enhance the quality of life, delivering lasting value for our communities, partners, and the environment.”
