Scheduled for February 14 to February 23, this year's event promises a remarkable display of 31 stunning homes throughout Washington County, designed to inspire and amaze visitors.

Now entering its 34th installment, the Parade of Homes has become a signature event in the realm of home design, architecture, and innovation. Home enthusiasts flock from all over the nation to experience this annual showcase, which never fails to impress with its diverse array of properties. From quaint townhomes to grand estates spanning over 19,000 square feet, attendees will find something that suits every taste and preference.

One of the highlights of this year’s Parade is a special “bonus home,” constructed by local high school students in collaboration with professional trade contractors. This initiative is part of the Careers in Construction program, which aims to address labor shortages in the building industry while providing students with invaluable hands-on experience in construction. This is not just an opportunity for students but a means to inspire the next generation of builders.
