Conrad Tokyo is thrilled to announce its new Chef’s Treat Lunch Buffet - Tokyo’s Kitchen, starting March 16, 2026. Set in the heart of Tokyo, this buffet takes culinary inspiration from the vibrant flavors of the city, particularly drawing from the renowned Tsukiji market, known for its fresh seafood and quality produce from across Japan.

The buffet will be hosted at Seres, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant located on the 28th floor. This scenic venue provides a stunning view of the Tokyo Bay and adds to the gastronomic experience as guests savor an array of dishes thoughtfully prepared using seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients.

A Unique Dining Experience
The concept of the buffet reflects Tokyo's historical importance as a hub of cultural and economic development during the Edo period, merging local traditions with modern culinary techniques. Each dish aims to celebrate the unique flavors of the region, with highlights including:

  • - Tokyo Beef Hamburger with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce: This luxurious take on the classic hamburger features the exquisite Tokyo beef, prepared to perfection while preserving the rich flavors.
  • - Vapore Unagi with Risotto: The perfectly cooked unagi is complemented by a spring pea risotto, creating a delightful balance of flavors.
  • - Shamo Chicken Croquette: Featuring the traditional Tokyo Shamo chicken, this dish is prepared both as a croquette and confit, ensuring a rich taste experience.

The buffet also boasts a live cooking station where guests can witness the creation of dishes in real-time, including an original ramen supervised by the executive chef!
