Stock Spirits Group Achieves EcoVadis Gold and Top Employer Certification Again

Stock Spirits Group Achieves Major ESG Milestones

In a significant achievement for the Stock Spirits Group, the company has secured both the EcoVadis Gold medal and the Top Employer certification in Poland and the Czech Republic for the year 2026. This marks the third consecutive year that the brand has been recognized with these prestigious accolades, underscoring its unwavering commitment to sustainability and excellent human resources practices.

EcoVadis Gold Medal: A Benchmark in Sustainability

The EcoVadis evaluation process awarded Stock Spirits its highest sustainability score yet, achieving a remarkable 87 out of 100. This five-point improvement positions Stock Spirits in the top 1% of rated spirits producers globally and the top 5% out of over 175,000 companies evaluated worldwide. Such recognition reflects the company’s dedication to enhancing sustainable practices and its commitment to reducing environmental impacts while continuing to deliver quality products.

Steven Libermann, the CEO of Stock Spirits Group, expressed, “The quality of our results depends on how we operate as a responsible business and the constructive environment we provide for our employees. These awards serve as independent indicators of our progress in these areas.” He further emphasized that while many companies are retreating from their sustainability commitments, Stock Spirits continues to strengthen theirs through a robust ESG program carried out in stages.

Top Employer Certification in Poland and the Czech Republic

Alongside its sustainability recognition, the Top Employers Institute conferred the Top Employer designation to Stock Spirits in both Poland and the Czech Republic. This certification is based on an independent assessment of the company's human resource strategy and practices, covering six domains including working environment, recruitment, training, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Human Resources Director Beata Górniak commented on the news, stating, “We are particularly thrilled that our strategies in diversity, equity, and inclusion have been acknowledged as advantages in both Poland and the Czech Republic. These foundational elements are essential for attracting, training, and retaining talented employees.” She added that the organization approaches these results with humility, recognizing both strengths and areas needing improvement.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Stock Spirits has demonstrated a clear approach to maintaining its high standards, focusing on the well-being of employees and sustainable practices. The company is actively engaging in practices that promote diversity, equity, and recognition of its workforce, all crucial factors for creating a thriving workplace culture.

Górniak stressed the importance of continuous feedback: “This certification highlights both our strengths and areas for improvement. We are committed to leveraging this feedback and concentrating our efforts on the areas that need enhancement in our ongoing commitment to human resources and sustainability initiatives.”
