Stock Spirits Group Achieves Gold Certification for Third Consecutive Year, Recognizes Top Employer Practices

Stock Spirits Group's Commitment to Sustainability and Workforce Excellence

In a significant acknowledgment of its commitment to sustainability and employee welfare, Stock Spirits Group has once again triumphed by securing the EcoVadis Gold certification for the third consecutive year. This accolade highlights the company’s unwavering dedication to integrating responsible practices into its operations and solidifying its status as a leader in the spirits industry.

As reflected in its latest performance, Stock Spirits attained an impressive score of 87 out of 100 in the EcoVadis evaluation, marking a notable improvement of five points compared to the previous year. This achievement places Stock Spirits among the elite 1% of all spirit manufacturers evaluated by EcoVadis and within the top 5% of over 175,000 companies globally. Such scores underscore the strides made in various sustainability aspects, including environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance practices.

Moreover, alongside this sustainability achievement, Stock Spirits Group has received recognition as a Top Employer in both Poland and the Czech Republic for 2026. Certifications from the Top Employers Institute are grounded in an exhaustive analysis of HR best practices across six pivotal domains: people strategy, workplace environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, as well as employee wellbeing.

Statements from Leadership
Steven Libermann, Chairman of Stock Spirits Group, remarked on the pivotal role that responsible corporate behavior plays in achieving sustainable performance. He expressed, “A strong performance hinges on how we operate as a responsible business and the environment we create for our people. These two accolades provide us with independent benchmarks for the progress we have made in both areas.”

The company’s commitment to enhancing its eco-friendly strategies comes at a time when many firms step back from sustainability commitments. Libermann emphasized their continuous development of a robust ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, affirming their intent to implement their carbon reduction goals systematically, recently submitted to the Science Based Targets Initiative for validation.

The Top Employer recognition underscores Stock Spirits Group's efforts to craft a rewarding workplace environment that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion. Beata Górniak, Chief People Officer, expressed her pride in receiving acknowledgment for best practices in these crucial areas, emphasizing “This certification signifies our strengths and areas where we still aim to enhance. We are committed to building on this feedback to focus on our ongoing efforts in employee engagement and sustainability.”
