Empowering Women's Well-Being at Work: The Role of Femtech
In today's society, many women face challenges and uncertainties when it comes to pursuing their careers. This situation is not only detrimental to their individual growth but also limits the potential that society could harness. Femtech, a term used to describe technology designed to improve women's health, offers promising solutions for supporting female employees in managing life events such as pregnancy and childbirth alongside their careers.
The upcoming event organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) addresses these significant concerns. By showcasing advanced case studies derived from their Femtech application demonstration projects, this initiative aims to foster awareness and understanding of employee needs related to women's health in the workplace. Participants will engage in workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, as well as experience various Femtech products and services firsthand.
