Scheduled for March 24, 2026, this milestone will be commemorated with an exclusive accommodation plan that allows guests to enjoy exquisite champagne and fresh strawberries in our spacious concept rooms.

Starting from January 19, 2026, this special accommodation package will be available to celebrate a year of excellent service and unforgettable experiences. Guests will be welcomed into our luxurious suites located on the 20th and 21st floors, where they can relish a bottle of Pol Roger Brut Réserve champagne alongside carefully curated Japanese strawberries, presented in a traditional jubako bento box. Settle into the comfort of a spacious living room, where stunning views of the Hiroshima skyline will enhance your experience as you indulge at your leisure.

A Toast to Luxury

The unique offering includes the chance for guests staying on our concept floors to enjoy free-flow beverages at our main restaurant, Café & Buffet “UmiShima Dining,” between 3 PM and 7 PM. You can savor a wide selection of drinks including locally crafted beers, wines, and soft drinks, complemented by an assortment of fruits and light snacks. Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast featuring local ingredients, including Hiroshima's renowned anago gohan (grilled eel rice) and UmiShima-style wagyu sukiyaki.

- Stay Period: March 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026
- Reservations Open: Starting January 19, 2026, at 3 PM
- Room Types: Southgate Station Suite, Southgate Triple
- Rates: Starting at 80,400 JPY for two in the Station Suite (breakfast included), and 83,400 JPY for three in the Southgate Triple (breakfast included). Prices include tax and a 15% service charge.

What’s Included

1. Champagne & Strawberries in Your Room: 750ml of Pol Roger Brut Réserve champagne and approximately 20 Japanese strawberries per adult guest, pre-set in the room refrigerator.
2. Free-Flow Beverages: Access to a wide selection of drinks at UmiShima Dining from 3 PM to 7 PM, available exclusively for guests on the concept floors.
3. Sumptuous Local Breakfast: Enjoy a gourmet breakfast that features dishes made from the freshest Setouchi ingredients from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
