Experience Creativity at the Buzz Creators Lab
The Buzz Creators Lab, a remarkable initiative by the
Teenager Business Association in collaboration with
Laboland, is set to take place from February 11 to 15, 2026, in the beautiful snowy region of Nagano, Japan. This unique overnight event targets children who are either not attending school or prefer to take a break from traditional education. The Lab provides a fantastic platform for self-discovery, teamwork, and video production skills.
A Retreat Designed for Children Who Need a Different Environment
This program is not just a typical workshop; it's an immersive retreat. The environment fosters camaraderie and promotes communication skills, independence, and cooperation among participants, all under the supervision of professionals. Here, kids will have the chance to live together without parents, encouraging them to develop essential life skills and boost their self-esteem.
Learning Video Production Directly from Professionals
At Buzz Creators Lab, participants will be guided by expert video creators and directors who will teach them crucial skills in video production. This includes:
- - Concept development
- - Scriptwriting and storyboarding
- - Filming techniques
- - Editing and thumbnail design
This hands-on approach ensures that participants don’t just have an exciting experience but also learn to create compelling content that resonates with audiences.
Unique Incentives Based on Video Performance
In an inspiring twist, the videos produced during the event will be uploaded to official channels where they can gain views over time. The more views a child’s video attracts, the more financial rewards they can earn from sponsoring companies. This system is not merely for incentive; it's designed to instill a sense of accomplishment and recognition in children, helping them enhance their self-worth.
Encouraging Independence and Personal Growth
While there is a structured program in place, children have the freedom to choose how they participate—what they eat, where they sleep, and what activities they engage in. This self-direction fosters a lasting sense of independence and creativity. As they navigate daily life without parental support, participants will gain invaluable lessons in responsibility and self-sufficiency.
