A Festive Tradition for All Families

To accommodate families of three to four, this year’s Osechi is beautifully presented in a two-tiered box, making it not just a meal but a visual delight. Each box contains a careful selection of Hokkaido's freshest offerings and symbolizes the joy of the new year. The early bird discount is available for orders placed by November 22, allowing you to enjoy these gourmet dishes for 32,000 yen, including nationwide shipping and consumption tax—a savings of 3,000 yen off the regular price of 35,000 yen.

A Flavorful Journey Through Three Unique Tiers

The First Tier: Traditional Japanese Delicacies

The first tier is a celebration of traditional Japanese Osechi, featuring an array of auspicious ingredients. You can find items such as Kazunoko (herring roe), Tazukuri (candied sardines), Datemaki (sweet rolled omelette), and Kamaboko (fish cake). Additionally, enjoy local specialties like simmered Hokkaido abalone, shrimp, and sakura masu (cherry salmon), providing a perfect balance of flavors and a dignified welcome to the new year. Each bite is intended to offer a remarkable dining experience.

The Second Tier: Rich Flavors from Hokkaido

The second tier immerses you in the abundance of Hokkaido’s sea. It includes Ikura (salmon roe) marinated in soy sauce, lavish Zuwai crab, grilled scallops, and delicacies like Ayuy wrapped in kelp. This tier also features sweet auspicious treats such as kuromame (sweet black soybeans) adorned with gold leaf, golden sweet potatoes, and candied chestnuts, ensuring a lavish start to the new year.

The Third Tier: Savory Western Cuisine

Bridging tradition and modernity, the third tier presents a delightful fusion with Western-style hors d'oeuvres. Indulge in truffle liver pâté, chicken pie, and a selection of smoked meats such as beef and salmon. This tier is intentionally crafted to complement any beverage, making it a perfect fit for gatherings of all ages.

A Culinary Message from Our Chef

Chef Yuji Murase expresses his hopes for a serene and fruitful 2027 with the careful preparation of this three-tier Osechi. He emphasizes that each tier has been crafted with love and pride, ensuring a wonderful experience for you and your family.
