In a significant move for the luxury hospitality sector, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has named Keisha Smith as the new Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer, effective January 6, 2025. This appointment comes at a time when the company is positioned for growth, with Smith bringing over 20 years of human resource experience from various prestigious industries.

Based in Miami, Smith will directly report to Four Seasons President and CEO Alejandro Reynal and will be part of the Executive Leadership Team. Reynal expressed confidence in her capabilities, highlighting her extensive expertise in nurturing culture-driven success. “Her commitment to building empowered and thriving teams aligns perfectly with our dedication to our employees, who are at the heart of everything we do,” he emphasized.

Smith's role will be paramount in sustaining and evolving the Four Seasons culture, ensuring that their employee-centric focus continues to attract and develop top talent across the globe. She will supervise all initiatives related to People and Culture, including internal communications and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts.
