As part of this initiative, the city is reaching out to relevant businesses and stakeholders to gather feedback on the draft specifications for this new system.

Background

The existing medical assistance system has served its purpose, but as technology and healthcare needs evolve, it has become necessary to upgrade to a more efficient and responsive system. The new medical assistance system aims to enhance support for healthcare services, ensuring that residents receive the medical care they need in a timely manner.
