Wakayama City is in the process of transitioning to a new medical assistance system due to the impending expiration of the current system's maintenance period at the end of FY2029 (March 2029). As part of this initiative, the city is reaching out to relevant businesses and stakeholders to gather feedback on the draft specifications for this new system.

Background


The existing medical assistance system has served its purpose, but as technology and healthcare needs evolve, it has become necessary to upgrade to a more efficient and responsive system.
