Arcwood Environmental Welcomes Carol Roos as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer



INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 13, 2025 – In a strategic move to strengthen its leadership team, Arcwood Environmental, a subsidiary of EQT Infrastructure, has proudly announced the appointment of Carol Roos as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer (CCSO), effective immediately. With her extensive background in corporate communications and sustainability, Roos is set to play a pivotal role in steering the company toward better stakeholder engagement and sustainable practices.

Carol Roos joins Arcwood after a successful tenure at Invenergy, where she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Brand. At Invenergy, she was instrumental in leading communications related to corporate, executive, and policy matters, as well as overseeing brand development and local impacts associated with the company’s global portfolio in clean energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects. Her work there is marked by a focus on strengthening brand identity while enhancing community relationships through strategic communications.

Prior to her impactful role at Invenergy, Roos was a partner at Brunswick Group, a top-tier strategic advisory firm. In her capacity there, she provided expert counsel to numerous multinational corporations, guiding them through crucial moments that could define their reputations and market positions. Her strategic insights helped shape corporate narratives that aligned with long-term value creation and purpose-driven objectives, making her a valuable asset in the sustainability space.
