Leading plastic surgeon, Prof. Roy De Vita, from the Istituto dei Tumori Regina Elena in Rome, highlighted a frequent phenomenon in consultations where clients often express desires shaped by unrealistic social media portrayals. "Implants should be treated as medical devices, not fashion statements," he said. He pointed out that frequently women enter clinics requesting specific implant models they spotted online, ignoring the need for a more thoughtful, individualized approach tailored to their unique anatomy.
