Sakata began his career at an accounting firm specializing in securitization while studying at Komazawa University. He moved to Thailand in 2009, where he worked at a Nippon-based accounting firm in Bangkok for five years, engaging in accounting, taxation, and auditing services for various Japanese companies. In 2013, he established J Glocal Accounting Co., Ltd., where he serves as an expert in Thai tax law, particularly corporate tax and VAT matters.

Mota holds a Master's degree in Science and Technology from Waseda University. He began his professional journey at INX Co., working on design and manufacturing consulting for major automotive companies. Later, he established Japan's first BtoC online 3D printing service in 2009. He joined Studist in 2011 as CMO and has held significant roles ever since, becoming the Global Business Division head in 2018.
