Prevost Expands Service Center Network to Enhance Customer Experience and Capacity

Prevost Expands Its Service Network

Prevost, a proud member of the Volvo Group and the leading motorcoach manufacturer in North America, has recently unveiled plans for an impressive expansion of its service center located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. This exciting development aims to significantly enhance both service capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring that Prevost continues to meet and exceed customer expectations in the highly competitive motorcoach industry.

The Goodlettsville service center, which plays a crucial role in supporting the company's fleet, will gain a state-of-the-art collision center along with 32 additional parking spaces. This expansion is a crucial part of Prevost's strategic initiative to improve its service offerings and reduce turnaround times. With this upgrade, the number of service bays will increase from 13 to 19, allowing the facility to handle more vehicles concurrently and expedite maintenance and repair processes for its clients’ coach and entertainer fleets.

Mike Miguel, the Branch Manager—who has dedicated 18 years to Prevost—has highlighted that this expansion aligns with the brand’s commitment to premium service standards. "This expansion was about meeting the expectations of our customers," said Miguel, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high-quality service in line with customer demands as well as brand integrity.

In an effort to further modernize their service strategies, Kevin Dawson, the Vice President of Commercial Operations, shared insights into the broader growth strategy for 2026. He stated, "We are strategically aligning our service centers and mobile service vans with demand patterns to help maximize uptime for our customers' coaches." This approach indicates that Prevost is taking customer-centric steps to ensure smooth operations for coach operators.

The official expansion ceremony included a live performance from The Isaacs, an award-winning band hailing from Nashville, which added a festive atmosphere to the event and demonstrated Prevost's commitment to community engagement.

Nonetheless, the Goodlettsville location isn't the only focus for Prevost this year. The company is also relocating its Franklin Park, IL facility to Elk Grove, IL, set to occur in June. Additionally, a new mobile service unit will be established in Las Vegas, NV, to ensure broader accessibility and immediate support for clients across the country. Groundbreaking is also set for a new facility in Randleman, NC in the spring of 2026, with the expectation that it will open its doors in early 2027.

For over a century, Prevost has earned a reputation for delivering quality coach solutions, driven by a relentless commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability. Today, the company stands as one of North America's most prominent producers of premium intercity touring coaches, and it leads the market in high-end motorhome and specialty conversion coaches. Customers can take solace in knowing that they benefit from the industry's most extensive service network, featuring OEM-owned operations across North America, dedicated mobile service vans, and a specialized support team with over 260 years of combined experience.

In conclusion, as Prevost continues to bolster its service capabilities through significant expansions and strategic relocations, it affirms its dedication to ensuring optimal uptime for coach operators, thus further cultivating trust and reliability in its customer relationships.
