Similar to net sales, currency fluctuations played a role in enhancing these figures by 2%. Operational Highlights

Sinch made noteworthy advancements during the quarter. The company successfully expanded its direct Rich Communication Services (RCS) Business Messaging connectivity to encompass all major Tier 1 operators in Canada. This strategic expansion completes Sinch’s Tier 1 RCS coverage throughout North America, further solidifying its market position.

In an exciting development, Sinch joined the inaugural SpaceX Super Intelligence Partner Network. This partnership allows Sinch to integrate high-level communication capabilities into the Grok Build platform, accelerating the development of AI-powered applications.

Additionally, Sinch launched Mailgun Inspect on Salesforce AgentExchange, which offers enhanced email testing features aimed at boosting deliverability and optimizing campaign performance. The rebranding of MessageMedia to Sinch Engage in Australia is another critical step, as it merges local expertise with Sinch's advanced global infrastructure and AI capabilities to better serve customer needs.

Leadership Insights

Jonas Dahlberg, Acting CEO and CFO of Sinch, commented on the impressive performance, stating, “During the quarter, we progressed in embedding our global communications network directly into the burgeoning AI-driven developer ecosystem.” He highlighted that the integrations with SpaceX’s Grok Build and OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Codex significantly broaden Sinch’s accessibility and relevance to developers.

Dahlberg also shared that organic net sales had risen by 5%, underpinned by strong contributions from the Americas region. The adjusted EBITDA maintained a steady margin at 13.7%, indicating effective cost management practices.

“Adjustments are declining, cash conversion rates have improved, and the balance sheet is being strengthened,” he noted, emphasizing the company's robust financial health.

The progress achieved over the past quarter is clear, with nearly half of the Fortune 100 companies depending on Sinch’s services. Moreover, the Sinch platform surpassed one trillion interactions annually, highlighting its popularity and efficiency in catering to enterprise-grade customer communications.

To further engage stakeholders, Sinch will be hosting a conference call and webcast at 10:00 CET, where Dahlberg, alongside SVP Corporate Control Sofia Ohlander, will present further insights into the financial report.
