Yosuke Yoshida's Latest Book on HR Practices Becomes a Best-Seller in Just Ten Days

Yosuke Yoshida's New Book Gains Rapid Popularity

In an impressive display of demand, Yosuke Yoshida's latest work, "How HR Professionals Act to Drive Business Growth", has reached a point of reprinting just ten days after its release on November 14, 2025. Yoshida, the director of the HR Library and CEO of Trustyyle, crafted this book aimed at providing HR professionals with clear guidance in their often challenging roles.

Addressing the Struggles of HR Professionals

The realm of human resources encompasses a broad array of responsibilities, including hiring, training, labor relations, and organizational development. However, many HR practitioners face significant challenges. Common frustrations arise from the often invisible nature of their contributions and the lack of role models within the field. In his book, Yoshida systematically outlines the common traits of successful HR professionals he has observed through interactions with over 1,000 HR personnel.

Rather than focusing on theoretical concepts or motivational rhetoric, Yoshida aims to provide a concrete roadmap that addresses the pivotal question of how one can effectively navigate a career in HR.

Positive Reception and Community Engagement

From the moment of its launch, the book has received a wave of positive feedback across social media and various platforms. HR professionals and executives alike have expressed how the book resonates with their real-world challenges. Many readers have reported that it helped them articulate previously unexpressed concerns, while others praised its applicability for those working independently in HR roles. This collective response has fueled excitement within the HR and management community, ultimately leading to the decision for a reprint.
