Brand Bank Company operates three locations in Tokyo – Shinjuku, Ichigaya, and Otemachi – offering a unique dining experience through its brand, "Okaka," specializing in traditional Japanese dashi shabu-shabu. From May 11, 2026, diners can indulge in their seasonal offering, the "Freshly Harvested Vegetables and Early Summer Delicacies Two-Color Dashi Shabu-Shabu."

Fresh Ingredients, Exquisite Broths


This seasonal dish emphasizes the freshness of ingredients. Guests can savor an assortment of freshly harvested green vegetables, including local asparagus from Hokkaido, all paired with aromatic dashi made from freshly shaved bonito flakes. The dashi selection includes five options: the classic "Luxury Japanese Dashi from Honkare Bonito Flakes, " "Premium Salted Dashi," "Soy Sauce Sukiyaki Dashi," "Ripe Tomato Dashi," and "Ginger and Kabosu Flavored Dashi." Each broth enhances the sweet and umami flavors of seasonal vegetables and black pork, providing a delightful harmony of scents and tastes tailored to individual preferences.

For an added benefit, diners can enjoy unlimited portions of seasonal vegetables, allowing them to experience the best of day’s harvest in each meal.

Pricing and Offerings


The "Freshly Harvested Vegetables and Early Summer Delicacies Two-Color Dashi Shabu-Shabu" is priced at 3,630 yen (tax included) per person and includes your choice of two types of dashi, Kagoshima black pork, and freshly harvested vegetables. Note that a minimum order of two servings is required, and unlimited shaved bonito flakes are included.

For those craving even more vegetables, a separate option facilitates unlimited vegetable refills at a total cost of 4,180 yen. In addition, guests can order supplementary shabu-shabu items:
  • - 100g of black pork for 1,540 yen
  • - 100g of premium Japanese Wagyu beef for 2,750 yen
  • - A vegetable platter for 1,650 yen

Also available are closing dishes, which can be added for 660 yen each:
  • - Udon noodles
  • - Soba noodles
  • - Zosui (rice porridge)
