Wash Smart Community Program: A Lifeline for Local Families

On November 26, Wash Smart provided laundry cards worth $10 each to the first 50 customers at every location, enabling them to cover a complete wash and dry cycle at no cost. Participants simply need to present their valid SNAP benefit cards during the specified hours, no application required.

This generous gesture not only helps families maintain their hygiene but also serves to lighten their financial load during a challenging time. The ease of access to these services, with 17 Wash Smart locations throughout the city and neighboring suburbs, ensures that many families can participate.
