1. Average Age of Successful Job Transition: According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the average age of agricultural workers in Japan remains high at 67.7 years. However, users of the Farm Agent service showcased an impressive average age of 30.2 years, which marks a notable decrease of 3.7 years compared to last year's data. Young professionals are stepping into the sector as it undergoes a transformative phase with advancements in smart agriculture and large-scale operations.

Age Demographics of Transition Success: A detailed breakdown of age demographics revealed that approximately 60% of successful transitions occurred among those in their 20s, particularly between ages 20-24 (34.4%) and 25-29 (25.4%).
