Klein & Hoffman (K&H) has proudly announced that its President and Principal, Peter Power, RA, will retire effective December 31, 2024. This marks the culmination of a distinguished 29-year career with the firm and over three decades within the architectural sector. Recognized as an authority in the field of window rehabilitation and replacement, Peter has led numerous medium to large-scale window projects in occupied buildings, such as residential complexes, educational institutions, and commercial spaces. His journey in this specialized area began at the General Jones Armory, where he led his first historic façade rehabilitation project. A few years later, he facilitated his first high-rise window replacement project at Americana Towers in 1998, establishing a niche expertise that continued to flourish.
