SoCalGas Achieves Record Savings Through Energy Efficiency Programs

Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas) has announced a remarkable achievement for the year 2025, having helped its customers save over $106 million through its extensive energy efficiency programs. These initiatives not only assist households in reducing their energy bills but also play a vital role in promoting sustainability by cutting down energy consumption significantly.

According to SoCalGas, the implemented energy efficiency programs led to a reduction in energy use of approximately 54 million net therms. This quantity of energy savings is equivalent to supplying natural gas to around 38,000 homes for an entire year.
