Pradeep Hathiramani Takes Charge as Chief Investment Officer at Alaris Aerospace Systems

Alaris Aerospace Systems LLC has recently announced the significant appointment of Pradeep Hathiramani as its new Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This pivotal role will see Hathiramani overseeing the company's capital strategy, investor relations, compliance, and aircraft acquisitions. With his extensive experience in investment management and asset finance, he is expected to bring fresh insights and leadership to Alaris.

In addition to his CIO responsibilities, Hathiramani will lead the growth of Alaris's aircraft leasing division, Celerity Aero Capital LLC. His prior roles equipped him with a wealth of experience; Hathiramani boasts over 20 years in the industry, specializing in asset finance and private credit. He previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at Stellwagen Capital, where he managed a substantial $750 million senior secured aircraft loan fund, in addition to his position as Chief Risk Officer for Seraph Aviation, which oversees an impressive $4 billion in leased aircraft.

Before his tenure at Stellwagen Capital, Hathiramani co-founded First Star Aviation, a mid-life aircraft leasing platform under Fifth Street Finance Corp in the United States. He also has experience trading various aviation-related financial instruments with KKR, where he was responsible for their transportation sector, which included aviation, defense, and maritime investments. His airline-related experience includes working with Flightlease GmbH, a joint venture between Swissair and GATX Air in Zurich. Most recently, he served as an executive advisor to Akasa Air and Fly91 in India, assisting with sale-leaseback transactions and financing for narrow-body and regional aircraft.

Hathiramani's educational background further solidifies his expertise; he holds an MBA from the prestigious Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College. This combination of practical experience and academic achievement positions him uniquely to drive Alaris Aerospace's next phase of growth.
