Online Recruitment Session
We are hosting an online recruitment session on June 4, 2025, from 8 PM to 9 PM (JST) for those interested in becoming a tutor at Kizuki Educational Institute. Join us via Google Meet to learn more about this rewarding opportunity.
What to Expect
During the session, you will hear from tutors who are making a difference. Notably, around 30% of our tutors have experienced school refusal or hikikomori (social withdrawal) themselves. They will share their inspiring stories of overcoming challenges and the fulfillment they find in their current roles. Your own experiences could empower someone else’s journey to "try again."

Job Responsibilities for Tutors
As a tutor at Kizuki, your responsibilities include:
- - Providing one-on-one academic support and emotional guidance to students.
- - Conducting 80-minute tutoring sessions along with 10 minutes for preparation and record-keeping.
Requirements
To be considered for the position, candidates must satisfy the following criteria (educational experience, qualifications, and background are not required):
1.
Academic Support: Ability to provide tutoring for at least one subject at the university entrance level.
2.
Emotional Support: Capacity to empathize with students who have faced setbacks. Relevant qualifications and prior support experiences are beneficial but not mandatory.
3.
Commitment: Ability to work for six months or longer.
4.
Tutoring Hours: Availability for at least two sessions per week.

Compensation
- - Tokyo and Kanagawa: 1,763 JPY/session (training: 1,748 JPY)
- - Saitama: 1,635 JPY/session (training: 1,620 JPY)
- - Aichi: 1,700 JPY/session (training: 1,680 JPY)
- - Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo: 1,688 JPY/session (training: 1,673 JPY)
- - Fukuoka: 1,770 JPY/session (training: 1,700 JPY)
Please note that salary increments depend on your number of sessions taught, and there is a 30-day probation period.
