As part of our mid-term management strategy aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, we are excited to announce the establishment of a new organizational structure. Starting March 1, 2026, we will consolidate the management of both the Hotto Motto and Yayoi Ken brands in nine distinct regional headquarters across the country. This initiative is designed to strengthen our regional management framework and ensure a more robust presence in each area.
Located in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the newly established Hokuriku Branch will take charge of expanding the number of Hotto Motto and Yayoi Ken locations, executing targeted area marketing strategies, and enhancing overall regional management. This strategic move is expected to bolster our capabilities in these regions, driving both growth and improved customer satisfaction.

In total, the Hokuriku Branch will manage 89 outlets, comprised of 73 Hotto Motto and 16 Yayoi Ken, making a significant contribution to our operations in the region.
