AutoNation Launches Drive Pink Campaign to Support Pediatric Cancer Initiatives

AutoNation Drives Change with New Pediatric Cancer Initiatives

AutoNation, Inc., a leading provider of personalized transportation services, has kicked off an exciting new initiative designed to aid pediatric cancer patients through its Drive Pink (DRV PNK) campaign. This compelling effort, announced on June 12, 2025, emphasizes AutoNation's longstanding commitment to supporting cancer-related causes and aims to expand its philanthropic outreach significantly.

Partnership Highlights

In a collaborative effort with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF), AutoNation is not only mobilizing resources but also aiming for a substantial impact in local communities across the nation. This partnership reinforces AutoNation's role as a leader in corporate social responsibility, particularly in the realm of pediatric care.

Cash Register Campaign for a Cause

One of the cornerstones of the DRV PNK campaign is a nationwide fundraising initiative involving over 300 AutoNation stores and collision centers. Until October 16, 2025, AutoNation invites customers to make small donations at the cash register during checkout. Customers can choose to round up their total or contribute directly, knowing that 100% of donations will go towards supporting pediatric cancer treatments at local CMN Hospitals. This direct community engagement not only funds crucial medical services but also helps provide lifesaving care for children facing daunting healthcare challenges.

Vehicle Donation to Further NPCF's Mission

In a significant move paired with the cash register campaign, AutoNation, alongside AutoNation Finance and support from various financial and legal institutions, has raised $70,000 to donate a brand-new 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. This vehicle will enhance NPCF's operational capabilities while reducing its reliance on rentals, thereby allowing more funds to be channeled directly into pediatric cancer research and support.

The official handover of the van will coincide with the highly anticipated “Rally Funds the Cure” event on June 14 in Tampa, Florida. This rally will feature a convoy of vehicles, symbolically representing the 43 children diagnosed with cancer each day in the United States. The AutoNation/NPCF van will serve not only as a vital support vehicle but also as a mobile billboard raising awareness about the ongoing battle against pediatric cancer.

CEO's Commitment to the Cause

Mike Manley, AutoNation's Chief Executive Officer, expressed pride in collaborating with organizations like CMN Hospitals and NPCF, which make a daily difference in the lives of children and families facing cancer. He emphasized,
