Prior to her appointment, she was the CSO at MullenLowe Global, where she directed strategic initiatives for major clients such as Unilever and Bayer Consumer Health.
Her contributions to the marketing field have won her critical acclaim, including awards from Cannes Lions and Clio. Notably, she has been an advocate for equity and inclusion, notably through her work with the "Invisible Powerhouse" initiative, which shaped ageism guidance for the Unstereotype Alliance globally.
