Blechman recently acted as a consultant for alice + olivia, holding the title of Chief Brand Officer and Head of New Business Development. Beyond brand leadership, she has acquired deep advisory and governance expertise, a crucial skill set that has seen her assist companies during growth spurts, transformations, acquisitions, and times of reputational turmoil.

Her experience encompasses a broad spectrum of areas including executive advisory, enhancing customer experience, crafting omnichannel narratives, global market expansion, brand rejuvenation, and prompting organizational change.
