Farmer Mac Announces Geraldine Hayhurst as New Chief Legal Officer

Stephen Mullery has played a crucial role at Farmer Mac since he joined the organization in 2000 as an Assistant General Counsel. Over the years, he was instrumental in guiding the company through various phases of growth, rising to the position of General Counsel in 2012. Prior to that, Hayhurst was the General Counsel at NewPoint Real Estate Capital, where she provided strategic guidance and developed key financing products. Her prior experience at Freddie Mac as a leader who managed a team of 30 legal professionals further solidifies her capability to lead at Farmer Mac.
