On March 3, 2025, Clearwater Living®, a leading company in real estate and property management focusing on premium senior living facilities, announced the elevation of Danielle Morgan to the position of Chief Executive Officer. This decision highlights Morgan's proven leadership and commitment to the company's mission of providing top-notch living experiences for seniors.

Tony Ferrero, the founder and chairman of Clearwater Living, praised Morgan's exceptional performance as both president and COO over the last eight years. Under her stewardship, the company has cultivated a highly regarded operational team recognized on regional and national levels. With Clearwater Living managing close to 20 senior living communities, Morgan's new role will involve orchestrating the strategic growth and overall management of operations, ensuring a vibrant company culture, and exploring growth avenues for the organization.

Danielle Morgan comes to this position armed with over 30 years of leadership experience in financial services and senior living sectors. She joined Clearwater Living in 2017, playing a crucial role in strategic growth while staying true to the company’s vision of providing exceptional living standards for seniors. Before joining Clearwater, Morgan was the Chief Operations Officer at MBK Senior Living for a decade. Her extensive career has also seen her actively participate in various senior housing industry associations. Notably, she is on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and has served as the past board chair of its executive committee. Furthermore, she is an executive board member for the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA).

Morgan’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in long-term health care administration from Ohio University and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.

In conjunction with this leadership transition, Clearwater Living has also named Kristine Delgado as the Chief Revenue Officer, a role in which she will spearhead revenue growth initiatives across all channels. Delgado, an accomplished senior living executive with over 27 years of experience, will focus on aligning sales strategies with Clearwater’s business objectives, ensuring sustained revenue growth. She has previously served as Clearwater’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 2017 and has overseen more than 130 senior living communities throughout her career.
